Anime Rooftop Stargazing Couple

Create a vertical anime-style night illustration of {argument name="number of characters" default="two"} young adults sitting close together barefoot on the dark blue ceramic tile roof of a traditional Japanese house, with their faces covered by soft square blur overlays. The taller character on the left has {argument name="left character hair color" default="pale ice-blue hair with a red underside streak"}, wears loose light-blue pajamas with white piping and a small anchor emblem on the chest pocket, sits with one knee raised and one arm resting casually, and places a protective arm around the other character. The shorter character on the right has {argument name="right character hair color" default="reddish-purple hair fading to orange tips in a side ponytail with a blue scrunchie and a small yellow hair clip"}, wears cream plaid pajamas with brown and red accents, sits with hands clasped in front of the chest as if making a wish, and leans gently into the left character. Show exactly 2 bright shooting stars crossing diagonally from upper left toward the center, leaving blue and violet trails across a dense starry sky. In the background, depict a calm moonlit ocean with a glowing reflection, distant hills, and a quiet coastal town with rooftops and a few warm lit windows. Frame the scene from a slightly elevated rooftop perspective, include the eaves and wooden wall of the house in the upper right, use delicate cel-shaded anime line art, luminous highlights, romantic peaceful atmosphere, deep navy night colors, crisp details, and a tall smartphone wallpaper composition
