By accessing or using AI Image Prompts (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Image Prompts provides a curated library of AI image generation prompts and related resources. Access to certain features and content requires a paid subscription.

3. Accounts & Subscriptions

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers. Refund policies are stated at the time of purchase.

4. License & Permitted Use

Subject to your subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the prompts for personal or commercial creative work. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or publicly share the prompt texts as a standalone product
  • Scrape, bulk download, or systematically extract the library
  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, curation, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Individual prompts may be derived from community or third-party sources; we do not claim ownership of the underlying ideas. AI-generated images produced by users remain subject to the terms of the respective AI model providers.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee that any prompt will produce a specific result with any AI model. Model behavior changes over time. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
