Prompt:
Create an ultra-detailed vintage illustrated travel poster of Kashmir, designed as a richly layered traditional tapestry and miniature folk-art painting, with an ornate decorative frame, antique paper texture, hand-painted details, nostalgic storytelling, and elegant old-world typography.

At the top, write:

“KASHMIR”
“A VALLEY OF PARADISE”

Create a grand vertical scene combining the most iconic landscapes, architecture, crafts, traditions, and everyday beauty of Kashmir into one harmonious composition.

Upper landscape: majestic snow-covered Himalayan mountains, misty valleys, alpine peaks, green meadows, pine and deodar forests, with Dal Lake in Srinagar stretching across the background. Show elegant traditional shikaras and Kashmiri houseboats floating peacefully on the lake, with distant mountains reflected in the water.

Middle section: beautiful Mughal gardens of Kashmir with terraced lawns, cascading fountains, stone pathways, blooming roses and tulips, surrounded by magnificent Chinar trees. Include traditional Kashmiri wooden houses with intricately carved balconies, colourful windows and flower-filled courtyards.

Cultural storytelling scenes: Kashmiri women wearing graceful traditional pherans, arranging flowers, preparing traditional Kashmiri tea beside an ornate samovar, and sitting together in a peaceful courtyard. Include artisans creating Kashmiri papier-mâché, intricate walnut wood carving, and a craftsman weaving a luxurious Kashmiri carpet with detailed paisley and floral patterns.

Scatter authentic Kashmir elements throughout the composition: Kangri, saffron flowers, apples, walnuts, almonds, traditional pottery, embroidered textiles, baskets of flowers, copper utensils, willow baskets and Kashmiri carpets.

Include scenic glimpses of Gulmarg, Pahalgam and Sonamarg with wildflower meadows, flowing mountain streams, pine forests and distant snow-covered peaks. Add small birds flying through the sky and a peaceful white cat resting beside a traditional Kashmiri courtyard.

Use a sophisticated antique colour palette of warm cream, aged parchment, muted emerald green, deep maroon, terracotta, dusty blue, saffron yellow and subtle antique gold. Fine ink outlines, delicate watercolor and gouache textures, miniature-painting precision, slightly faded pigments, handmade paper grain and authentic vintage printing imperfections.

Surround the entire poster with a highly elaborate Kashmiri ornamental border, featuring Chinar leaves, paisley motifs, saffron flowers, traditional Kashmiri embroidery patterns, floral vines and geometric decorative elements. Add small ornamental motifs in the four corners.

At the bottom, write:

“SRINAGAR • GULMARG • PAHALGAM • SONAMARG • AND BEYOND”

The overall artwork should feel like a museum-quality antique Kashmir travel poster, romantic, elegant, richly detailed and culturally authentic, with a balanced storytelling composition, intricate decorative elements, no modern objects, no photography, no logos, no watermark.

Portrait orientation, 2:3 aspect ratio, highly detailed, symmetrical composition, vintage illustrated tapestry aesthetic.
